1) Character and guild names that any GM finds offensive will be forced to rename. Any form on non compliance will result in a account and possibly a IP ban.

2) Account selling and trading is strictly forbidden. This will result in the account being banned.

3) No spamming, foul or offensive language, threats, or racism in any chat. We are looking for a family friendly environment and that is the way we will keep it.
Consequences
1st offense.......Verbal Warning
2nd offense.......Kick from server
3rd offense........Account ban for 24 hours
4th offense........Account ban for a week
5th offense........Account ban for 1 month
6th offense........Permanent account/IP ban.
GMs can skip any step they choose, so you might not get away with it 6 times.

4) No hacking or exploitation of bugs. This includes and is not limited to the flowing. Mount stacking, Sprint stacking, Gem stacking, Buff stacking, using anything that has been removed from the server.
Consequences
1st offense.......24 hour account ban
2nd offense.......1 week account ban
3rd offense........1 month account ban
4th offense........Permanent account/IP ban.

5) NO PVP IN THE MALL. This includes killing NPCs, or mind control of NPC makeing the NPC unusable by anybody.
Consequences
1st offense.......24 hour account ban
2nd offense.......1 week account ban
3rd offense........1 month account ban
4th offense........Permanent account/IP ban.

6)
NO CORPSE CAMPING!!!!!
This is one of my personal pet peeves. Killing someone 3 or more times in a row after respawning is corpse camping (CC). If you attack them first, just stand there and not try to get away, they are not CCing.
Consequences
1st offense.......24 hour account ban
2nd offense.......1 week account ban
3rd offense........1 month account ban
4th offense........Permanent account/IP ban.

7) Don't advertise for other servers.

8) Don't disrespect our staff, consequences will be up to the GM. Remember Happy staff means happy players and more events.

Any disregard of these rules will result in a ban. For example "I know I am not aloud to curse in here, but I am going to curse to get a GMs attention". This is not the only limitation to this and bans will be placed by GMs and reviewed by me.
